Who will actually do the work?
Riyad, the founder, builds and runs your project personally. You have one contact from the first call to the launch, and after.
Where are you based? Do you only work locally?
In Chambly, Québec, Canada, on the south shore of Montreal. We meet on site when it helps, and work remotely everywhere else.
Do you work in French and in English?
Yes, both. Copy is written directly in each language, never run through a machine translation.
How do we get started?
Book a free strategy call or send us the form. We look at your site and your ads, then come back with a first plan, whether you hire us or not.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. You get a clear written quote after the strategy call, before anything starts. No surprise invoices.
Who owns the accounts, the code and the data?
You do. Ad accounts, pixel, website code, CRM and data are opened under your name and stay with you.
02Websites
Do you use templates, WordPress or Shopify?
No. Every site is written by hand and hosted on Cloudflare. Nothing loads that you did not ask for, which is why the sites are fast.
Is tracking included?
Yes. Tracking and analytics come with every website: visits, form submissions, calls and ad conversions, all measured from day one.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build for search from the start: structure, speed and pages for the areas you serve. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, and we won't pretend to.
03Ads and content
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful with anyone who does before seeing your account. We guarantee the work, full transparency on the numbers, and that everything stays in your name.
Do you make the videos yourselves?
Yes, in house: editing, motion design, voice-over and subtitles, in French and English. The ad and the page it leads to are designed together.
04Automation and AI
Do you only build chatbots?
No. We automate anything that repeats: lead follow-up, reminders, quotes and invoices, reports, data between your tools, documents. Chatbots and AI agents are just one part of it.
Is my clients' data safe?
We only collect what is needed, with consent, and keep secrets on the server. Every automated message includes a way to unsubscribe, in line with Law 25 (Québec, Canada).
